RAM Upgrade

Im thinking of upgrading my RAM soon.. I got a 128 and a 256 in at the moment but am planning to go and buy a 1gb chip

How much do these cost? And where is a good place to get them from?

I think I will go for ebuyer.co.uk but if you have anywhere cheaper let me know
