Longest Thread Rules!

Rules: Starting now: Make a new thread anywhere in this forum and after your thread title put in parentheses: "(Longest Thread Contest)".

Get as many of your friends to post a reply as possible. The thread starter with the most replies wins $50 usd via PayPal.

1) If you post in your own thread, only your first post counts toward your total.
2) For someone's post to count in your thread, they must
first have 5 posts (anywhere) in the forum.
3) Each member can only enter one thread into the contest
4) Only one post from each member counts toward your total. People can respond more than once in your thread, but only one of their responses is counts.
5) Contest ends Sun. Nov 26th, at 4pm EST / 9PM GMT time.
6) You can not create additional "fake" members to post in your own thread. Anyone who does this will be disqulified from any contest as we will watch your IP addresses.

Like, if someone joins just to post to that topic, it's Ok? They don't need 5 posts in other topics first?

Good idea CBG! Thanks for that suggestion. For someone's post to count in your thread, they must first have 5 posts.

Longest Thread Contest Now closed and winner will be determined.

We have a 3 way Tie for 1st with 7 points each. Since $50 is not much when you split it 3 ways, we'll have a run-off for 1st place.

Okay, so I've posted my run-off thread, get over and answer it!

I do have a suggestion since the main part of that competition is over. Would you open the username thread so others can reply? It's always been interesting to me to find out why people pick their usernames. It could even be a sticky, if you thought it was interesting, too.

Yup, would you believe Cmpolis didn't even enter the run-off part of it? He had a 33.3% chance of winning and he didn't even try

It's not evil; it's competition!

Sorry for the delay in answering. December has not been a good month around here (we all took turns of getting sick and my Hunni ended up in the hospital). Everyone seems to be better now!
