Im going to be doing a new menu for the top bar, so if its a little confusing it wont be for much longer, im also gona be putting a new header on, ive got a couple im choosing from at the minute. although whats everyones opinion so far?

Its run on mybb (i know all the problems i had but ive got it working now)

I like this new green skin Tony. As you said, it does need a nice header and that will help a lot. I think this idea that you came up with is clever:
"I can set you up a forum, with you as a moderator, your own categories etc, which can be password protected so its only available to your team."
Consider promoting that offer on the various existing clan forums.

It's tough to bring back previously dead forums and I respect your guts take this on.

the idea is to offer free boards to clans, on the basis th clan make 10 posts in the main bit of the forum, personally i hate registering for forums to post for hosting however your gonna have to register anyway for your clan so its not like your registering to a new board and 10 posts between a clan could be less tha 1 post each per month, i think its a decent offer its just tryig to advertise that, im looking at sites ive emailed a couple of people to advertise - strangely none have got back :S id be 1st in line to reply if someone came and offered to advertise on my site
