Yeah, but don't make it a strict comp...

Just give 50 F$ to everyone who submits a header and Python picks out a winner (If there is one better than his... ) and the winner gets another 200 F$.
Then, start another thing exactly the same, but you ahve to design the layout. 100F$ for entering and python can pick a winner again and they get another 400F$...
Or something like that....

I think that trying to keep it to two columns might improve site usability and asthetics.
