Akamai To Acquire Linode: Thoughts?
Linode did well at getting name recognition in the industry. There was always free swag and credits at any developer conference.
Seems to be at $900 million usd, less than I would have guessed.
Many Developers I'd run into had projects on Linode.

One thing to look after acquisition is look if the service stays the same.. its the service for which we trust some company, many a times after transition things have changes in past.. Hope all goes well and good Luck for Linode future and its customers.
