The Googles adsense revenue has been reported to be increase by multiple folds... Getting more revenue is not the concerned issue but yes what does concern me is that the platform on which the google is doubling its revenue to multiple folds...

Google has been manipulationg the search results and promoting the sponsored links and the links in the adsense running. You know how is google promoting the sponsored links... Yes you were right in thinking that google is employing irrelevance pages in the top SERPs and providing relevance link in the sponsored listings... this way the user will switch to click on the sponsored list beliving them to be relevant and will ignore the results down under the sponsored listings...

In this way the google is making its revenue and keeping itself safe and us busy under the spoof of regular updates..

Dont you still have no questions to ask from Search engines...

I have a WordPress site where I created a static page for each article. In the menu, you can see subjects such as “Music”, “Traveling”, “Football”, and by following the menu you can find links to each article (one static page per article).

When I type my name in Google, I notice my website is showing amongst the top results. However, I cannot find any of my pages/articles back in Google.

Example: I have written about several soccer/football games I visited, the names of the teams involved are part of the URL of those pages.
Still, when I type the name of a team I wrote about in Google, my article isn’t showing in the search results.

Is there anything I could do to increase my chances of Google showing my articles in the results? Can I point my site to Google so that it indexes the whole website?

One thing I was wondering… I could replace all static pages by blog posts, and then in the menu list all articles per subject with hyperlinks to the corresponding blog posts. In other words, one blog post per article instead of one page per article. This would be a lot of work, but the one reason I was thinking about this is that in blog posts you can add tags for search engines to find your articles/posts easily.
Would it make a difference for me to do this, or is there a way for my static pages to show in search engine results too?

Make The Most Of Google
There is more to the Google search engine than meets the eye. Here is why so many think Google is the best.

In this article I will cover several things. But lets start with the basics.
Google.com is one of the biggest and most-known search engines there are.<br />
But did you know google has its own domain for over 120 different countries?

To see exactly what countries look at all the flags here!

I'll assume you know all about Google's Image search and there is also a News search that works in excatly the same way.
There are many more things to do if you click "more »" such as their Directory and Special Searches.

Of particular interest is the "Alerts" where you can request email updates on news or the web.

Google can also be used as an online dictionary. To find the definition of a word, you simply type "define:your_word" into google and click GO. You will then be presented with the definitions of YOUR_WORD from several websites.

In a similar way, you can use google to see how many sites are linking to any one site.
Simply type "link:http://www.kaziaz.com&quot; into the google search bar and click go. This will now show you all the sites that link to http://www.kaziaz.com. This is a great tool if you are working on the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of your site!

You can also search for "related" sites. If you have spent ages finding a site in the google results and want more sites like it without having to spend mors time searching, simply type "related:http://www.kaziaz.com&quot; into the google search bar and click GO.

All these quick tips can save hours of your precious time.

If you know of anything I could add to this article or think something is wrong, please let email me or check out my site!
Adding search to web site
Keeping keywords to 20 and under and not repeating the same word even if it's used in a phrase
Adding a robots.txt file to root
Using descriptive filenames and page titles...
How am I doing on working this stuff out? :baby:

When you have a higher PR domain 301 redirecting to a lower PR domain, at what point will Google transfer the PR to the domain it's directing too? Or maybe never?

I'm asking because here at WebmasterPost, the former name for this site, DevDreams.com, retains a PR4 while WebmasterPost has a PR of "0". At some point, will Google transfer the PR of DevDreams to WebmasterPost because it's a 301 redirect? Some of the reason that DevDreams.com retains the PR 4 is that in our metatags at WebmasterPost.com, DevDreams.com is still listed.

Thanks

PR is short for PageRank, a system Google created to help determine the popularity of a site. It's essentially what put them on the map, as it made their search results (at the time) FAR FAR better than any other search engine, because it knew which sites were more popular and it put them toward the top.

You can download the Google toolbar and see the PR for any site. The more incoming links a site has, the higher the PR. The higher the PR, the better that site will do in the search engines. Granted, many other factors go into search engine rankings, but PR is a pretty big one.

For reference:

- The scale goes from 0 - 10
- Most people say an 8 isn't possible for a one-man show. You need to be a big company to get the links necessary (hundreds of thousands) to get that high.
- There are just a few PR 10's in the world.
- The scale is exponential, like the Richter Scale. There are 1/10th as many PR5s as there are PR4s. There are 1/10th as many PR6s as PR5s. Etc...
- The ONLY thing that affects PageRank is incoming links and the quality of those links. A link coming to you from a PR5 is much more valuable than a link coming to you from a PR3. Of course, every link helps so never turn them down.
- An easy way to get more incoming links is to get your site listed in directories. There are a lot of paid directories out there, but that Excel list is all free ones. The list shows the PR of the sites as well, which really helps.
- If you post on other forums, and if they allow it, make sure you have a link to your site in your signature. Those are links, they pass PR, it helps.

One last thing to consider, which you often have very little control over is anchor text. The text that is used to link to your site is very important to Google. If people link to your site with the words "Smallville forum", you'll rank better for those words. If they link to your site saying "Swiss cheese", you'll rank better for those.
