im looking for a html editior that i can download even a free trial one.
i dont want dreamweaver cause its too easy and plus i want do the html my self. also it takes hrs to download its like 24hrs on dial-up.
at the moment im using coffeecup html editior which is awesome but the trial is running out soon.
for the sake of old times!

You shouldn't use one if you want to learn HTML (IMO)

If you're dead serious with just a plain editor, go for ultra-edit - best you can find. I downloaded a copy before at download.com.
I say this at the risk of being lashed when I mentioned that I'm an IE fan.
They sorted it out in recent versions... And it makes no difference if you hand-code...
