Ive heard about a few people doing it and it actually being quite succesful. If youve got a wide enough range of skills to create an entire functioning site I guess it could work.
its can be good but it depends really
if its a forum site you have to spend the time getting members otherwise people wont buy the site for a decent amount, if its for articles and things then you have to spend time getting the articles, however if you get these then you can make an alright profit
