We are a medium sized game hosting company, primarily dealing with Minecraft servers. We're looking to add DDoS protected services to our Minecraft hosting portfolio. We've looked around for quality hosts (even in the offers section) that offer 10Gbps+ DDoS protection. Our current datacenter does offer it, but it only protects up to 1Gbps. Just not sure which hosts would be trustworthy for these types of services. We only want to use the best quality with the best support.
Requirements: Intel E5 Processor (2 quad or one hex), 32 GB DDR3 or DDR4 RAM
Offers wide range of SSD and HDD options
Any recommendations? What are your views on Hostsailor.com server hosting solutions? Alternatives?

I would recommend them to everyone. My experience with Hostsailor.com has been stellar! Customer support has been second to none - helpful, patient and thorough support staff. All hosting service encounters problems from time to time, but I'm quite impressed with the resources they put into action to resolve issues quickly.
I'd also recommend you to look at Datapacket.net servers as a nice alternative.
My expectations are always exceeded. The network and server uptime is really great - 99.9% is correct!
For me, dedicated hosting experience with GTHost.com has been superb.
All my questions have been answered within 10 minutes of submission. Server is fast, uploading files is fast, price is low.
Why not give Regvps.com dedicated servers a try?
I like the way that they treat their hosting customers. They have informed me if their were any outages.
I have never noticed my sites being down unless it was due to my own fault.
