They have provided an exceptional customer service. These folks are knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues.
I've had a number of hosts over the past 10 years, including at least one other good one, but rockhoster.com is the one I feel most passionate about supporting. The support is the best I've ever had on a shared server. Recommended.
