I'm looking for offshore server hosting, cpanel or plesk that ignores DMCA, specifically hosted in India or HK or Singapore.
So any cpanel providers can check IPs of their servers for me?
What web hosts can you recommend me to look at that are they reliable and liberal about DMCA?
