Network infrastructure: The quality and speed of a provider's network infrastructure can have a big impact on the performance of its services.
Resource allocation: Some providers offer a more flexible allocation of resources, which can lead to better performance for certain workloads.
location of datacenter: Some provide servers in tier-1 metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Jaipur, while many offer servers in tier-2 locations.

How about service level agreement? Do Different providers offer different guarantees when it comes to the availability and performance of their services? I've seen some for 100% Uptime SLA, while some are still offering less but prices of cloud hosting is high.
