What is the purpose, are you serving streaming video or static files, or something else? There might be better or worse options depending on what you are using it for.
How are you defining #1 web host in Europe?
The one with the most servers or clients, the one that is cheapest, the fastest, or most secure, the most environmentally friendly, or with the best customer service?
Because the answer to each of those things is likely to be a different company, so it all depends on what you need and what you are looking for.
What are you using the storage for, is there a reason to want a VPS instead of using some kind of object storage, maybe something S3 compatible?
My online banking has a section for subscriptions, so it is easy to see them listed there, without using any extra tool that needs access to your account.
