It is a reseller I think! though it looks good, but I'm not fond of using them templates from TM, I feel that everyone can use that layout, which is no fun :D
yeah i got offered this a lot of times, some one saying, hey you cna download all my templates if you create me a unique one. lol.! it's not legal is it! you think we could get 1 k for telling TM about this? :D

yes I am still studying, but my studies show me ( geheh ) that if I work with some one, i will get 50/50;
This means:
50 procent of the profit
50 procent of the actual investment
But this also means that if the project works, I know why it worked …
What I ussually do is put the idea of what the site could be and what my intention was, when i bought it, what to do with it. This gives people idea's and more willing to buy the domain name.
