It wouldn't be too hard to make one I don't think. Just have it send the user quickly to a PHP script that updates a "number of times clicked" field in a database then redirects to the actual page.

Well from what I can see there isn't much to it so the most redisigning will be in the graphical department i presume.
One question, is there anyway you can see what files you have uploaded without having to keep a note of them yourself?
