• Well firstly you would need/want to create a user profile section where the user could upload their picture.. When its being uploaded you could rename it to the users id.. Then you could call that specific users picture using their id...

• Well there is one rule for it... the website which it is used for must stay online for a certain amount of time (otherwise I would have something on my portfolio which isnt even online)... But when you decide what to have it about... let me know :D
