Vista isnt stable yet... well it is but it is fairly buggy so Im going to stay away from it apart from just small things.
But the site itself wont just cover Vista... It will cover a variety of MS related topics…

Well Im not a fan or an enemy of microsoft so Im going to create the site as being neutral between liking or hating it... the users can give their opinions though ;)

Have that bit of code within the form tags of the login form...
Then in the actual login.php script or whatever is doing the login processing just then…
You would have to have some sort of hidden tag in the form which contains the name of the page the user is currently on. And then when they login the script directs them back to that page...

I like the ring sort of effect... but maybe inside of it it should have a slightly different colour background... or if not then maybe add more of a glow onto the text inside...

What exactly do you want to do?
Do you want to display those bits of information? If yes then some can be done with a simple counter (http://www.thebigcount.com/counters.php) and some which all depend on what user management script if any youve got…
For the last few designs ive done theyve all been XHTML Strict - all compliant code. I will probably do it for all my future sites I was just curious as to what the main advantages are

Just spend a few months setting up a website and sell adverts on it... make it a unique idea and you should start earning…
