Yeah I was able to do the horizontal part... But the vertical part... Thats a problem ;)

Generally with code I firstly think about what I want to achieve in the end and then on paper just make simple notes about how Im going to do it... I sometimes write down small bits of code for logic and order thinking...

You would need a page for example called profile.php
Firstly it would check if the user is logged in and if yes it would show the appropiate form fields
When submitted the form would update the database with the new information
