I think that content is the key to a succesful site. If youve got a good amount of content which people would be interested in then as soon as you get a reasonable flow of traffic to it your all set
I work alone aswell although if there is something which I need done urgently or dont know how to do then I will sometimes pass the task on to someone else.

Looks ok. There are a lot of these sort of things around where you are paid to click on adverts... Its just based on deciding which ones are for real and which are just scams (or pay hardly anything)
