Unfortunately there is no suhc thing as a webdesign course as far as I know.
Im going to do a National Diploma in ICT which has got 18 modules I think. One of these is webdesign. Some of the others are things like programming, graphics etc...
Yes you can use images instead of colours.
That particular one looks really ugly but when they have been built up nicely then yes I like them.
I dont know how to create them but if I did yes I probably would use them

Yes true... but those 12 year olds havent got the knowledge to go on to be employed as a webdesigner. Whereas those who actually know the html language do...
Just cause someone can use dreamweaver doesnt mean they are a good webdesigner...

I never used it but I did launch it once or twice to have a look. If I remember right there arent anywhere near as many features as PS.... Its like PS but for beginners. :)

For example with mysql connections:

you simply change localhost to the hosts name i think

yes.. say for example I paid £10 for the 10 bands... that £10 goes to charity....
