You don't have to submit any page. Just get some links - the GoogleBot will find the site if there are links pointing to it. IF there aren't any links pointing to your site, then it's not worth submitting your site.

Python, It shows what your PR is on the different datacenters... Normally a pretty good way of knowing what PR will be next update.
I'm not really too sure. I personally haven't tried it. I just would rather stick to adsense. Something I trust (And I believe that the click costs are higher).
