Huh? To support the application - e.g. when a user complains about something... etc, etc, etc? All major customers sign up for support - whether they need it or not is another issue - it's policy...

Nah, when you just get an email account, you'll have 0 invites. After you use it for a while, it'll shoot straight to 6. Google will periodically increase your invites to a maximum of 6. Just be a little patient :)

You got to first confirm if the problem is:
1. data going into the database or
2. data coming out of the database for display
it'd be much easier to debug...
legally? cmon... whether or not you have the tos, no one's gonna do anything to you - go to court for a couple of bucks? time and processing will cost way, way, way more than that... :)
