personally i would pay a maximum of $5 for that domain.
at namecheap.com someone could register their very own custom domain which would be much better than dnacities.net for only $8.88
and your trying to sell that domain at $40? be realistic
ive never seen it before but i have heard about someone attempting to create it
an operating system done in javascript. now it obviously wont be a real os only it would be a copy of an os.

i think this site could be worth quite a bit. well over £2000 if you ask me. i just read a post that you just changed to vbulletin.
that will add a fair bit of value.
i would say this site could be sold for about £3200, £3500 limit
flyers would be pretty useless unless their being viewed to millions which i doubt is going to happen if their going to be passed out in your local village/area
you should offer your members something they want..
firstly establish a good userbase(mimimum 80 registered users) then try to get you monthly traffoc to 3000+ uniques.
Also add better quality content to your site. Then you should try and sell advertising space
