Oh no no no, I wasn't talking about that website, that has a good design. It's easily navigable, the flash isn't distracting at all (hard to do) and it's simple to find out where you are.
They have these big elaborate flash movies as their website that are shite for usability and accessibility, and don't include any contact details or information on where it's located.
I love when companies just go for dazzle & pazzaz rather than trying to actually get people to their site, and providing them with a means of making use of the companies services...
