if you want to take a certain amount a month for advertising automatically, like for advertising i want someone to sign up to pay me so much a month and it come straight from his account every month, can i do that with a standard account or do i need to upgrade?

you can set up subscriptions where it will charge them monthly...and yes a standard account is fine
