phpbb customisation?

Ive downloaded a kind of portal for phpbb, which i want editing (things moving around and a colour scheme change and possibly the shop mod adding)

I was just wondering if anyone would be willing to do this for me?

I dont know how long this would take someone to do so i dont know how much it will cost however i am a student so bare that in mind, id rather pay by giving you a link froma PR4 site and/or advertising or even dev$

If intrested let me know i can send you an image of how i would like it done, i also have the files needed they just need a little editing,

    i helped you get cheaper hosting than you are currently paying, how can you charge that! i also helped you witht he contact form on your site.

    no problem, i sorted the portal nwo nyway i just need to add the shop and pointshacka nd sort the colourscheme out but i can do that over xmas ready for a new year re launch
