Help wit apache server

alright well i used to have it on my computer but i think a file was missing and so it might have messed it up, but i removed it and reinstalled Apache 1.3 HTTP server but its different from the one i was using, the old one had PHPmyAdmin and worked normal but this one is differnt, i cant find the PHPmyadmin on this one and doesnt work right. Can someone give me a link so i can dl everything i need for this to work right? thanx

Why don't you just use appserv? its easier and installs everything that you will need or might need.
