webmasterforum has a scheme that members can trade their points for domain names i think that this site should have that scheme if even its a trial. python you should really try it, i aslo think that you will get more members and it would really be an active site then.

webmasterforum is run by the same people who own www.dnforum.com

dnforum.com offer domain name registrations and they are a domain name company. webmaster forum members are able to get the domain names for the points for the simple reason that the domain names are registered through dnforum.

You can run your own domain reseller, just as you can run your own hosting reseller. It just comes down to money. It's not like WMF or DNForum get free domains, they're just loaded.

also that site is run by www.highimpactsites.com which is a very rich webdesign company

webmasterforum dont charge for membership fees. so dnforum give them domains. why would dnforum want to do it to webmasterforum. or do dnforum run webmasterforum.

highimpactstes.com run a whole host of stuff inc. webmasterforum.com and dnforum.com.
DNforum.com is prob the biggest forum about Domain Names and it has a domain registration thing built it.
When you buy a domain from WMF you are relaly getting it from dnforum.com
Oh and BTW, highimpactsites made that registration thing themselves... its not like a hack you can just put on any forum. lol

im also looking for some sort of modification so that on one of my future forums id like to have more than one type of membership. example:

Normal Users
Premium Users

Then the premium users could havea much less time delay between posts or could be allowed more pm storage etc..

yeah they are. it says at the bottom plus vbulletin are easy to tell apart from phpbb.
