Reviews site and affiliates

I'm setting up a reviews site with comparisons of internet goods and services.

Are there any legal concerns that one must be aware of for such a site?

Also, are you able to review sites of companies with which you are affiliated with Clickbank hoplinks to them from your reviews of them?

Well a answer to the first question u got nuttin 2 worry about
