Wats the best way to do this?

Alright im making this flash site and it has a text logo thats over the earth, but i want it to sort of wrap around the earth, not completely but have an arch to it. I tried skewing it but i just cant get that effect, and trying to use the liquify options wit the bloat tool didnt come out nice, i know theres a way but how? i just cant remember how to do it lol anyways if anyone can help thanx.

*sigh*, martin i cant believe u still dont know this but my main skill is photoshop! lol I used to use Fireworks but now i use Photoshop 7 or CS.
