well i do someone a site and i also host it for them. they control the ite for them selves like for example if they had a forum i would do the mods and hacks and wateva they want but they do the catagories for them selveles.

do you know what im getting at.

they would have to pay me through cheque.

they will also have a monthly fee or a yearly fee.

its aimed at someone who has not got any web designing skills that would like their own site.

Does this mean you have designed a fully functioning online CMS.

Can I take a look?

If not, How will they control the site outside the forum section?

i dont think hes created a CMS well i highly doubt it( no offense rally)
So rally i dont think its possible at this point. Maybe with a little more experince later on. unless ur buying a reseller package?
