WebPage Won't Update...

Basically, I changed the content for the NavBar at www.kaziaz.com and refreshed but the new links won't show up...
I have emptied my cache and refreshed over and over...

What the heck is up?

I aint to sure but your server may be taking a while to update. I have had this problem before but it has sorted itself out in a little bit of time

This probably sounds really stupid but ive done this before:
have you made sure you have the right extension? html/htm/shtml or php etc?

I'm just going to kaziaz.com ... but even if I go to .com/index.php it makes no difference...

Okay... Well i just re-uploaded the whole page and it seems to be working fine..
Can you all check that it now says "Test!" at the bottom of the nav bar, please...
