Reviews section posting limits

Although this forum has been pretty clean when it comes to this but in the future, since the site is rapidly growing it might be a good idea...

Should I set up the reviews section so that people must have at least x amount of posts before they can post a new thread. This will stop people from registering an account, asking for a review and then never returning (meaning the whole point of it was for them to get exposure)

What do you think?

Yeah. Make it about 5 posts...

needs to be more than 5...people can spam 5 posts in the general chat forum in a second. (like me)

People could spam 50...
Either you put it way high so only members who have been here ages can do it
or you keep it low and rely on the Mod's to delete any spams and what-not...
I come to this forum at least once every day and I think all the other mods do too...

5 is a bit low but 50 is two high just mak eit like 20

I think that about 10-15 posts should do it before they are allowed to post...

my opinion... getting a review is nothing great - especially since most of us are amateurs (except arestia )... so if it helps in getting the forum member count up and post count up, why not? i think p should hold off the suggestion until dd becomes more established...
