Another thing is to also optimise your traditional marketing materials, your business cards, ads in the local papers, flyers, brochures etc should have the website address on as well.

yeah thats the same around by me.. For future projects though I might consider putting leaflets in shops for the staff to hand out.. They should do it for a small fee...
