Hi just so you know a post exchange is were say you make 20 posts on my forum and then i make 20 on yours So if any one is intereseted in a post exchange please let me know

How many posts are you looking for, and how many need to be new threads ? Also, do you want to spread them over say a week rather than a day as I have found this works better ?
