Simple CMS/Blog type script

I need a script that allows someone with no html/php knowledge to submit the results for a rugby match to a page...
So, I want a little script where someone enters a password, then enters a title, a descrition and uploads an image, then clicks Go and it is all pasted to the top of the index page.
I can do this in theory, but I am very new to php so, if you can help me out, i'll be very grateful.

I would love a script like to, but also, i have NO php knowledge, and basic html. So as well as CannanBallGuy...I too would be very greatful

I don't know exactly what Is required, so if you'r willing to make it, I'll try to find out what is actually needed...
