i dunno if its possible, but the most counters count everytime you click refresh, and thats not really what i want. so i thought maybe you should do that with php scripting.....

can anybody help me??

You want a count of unique visitors?
Try something like awstats.

well, i was looking for a counter which counts all unique users per hour, so people cannot get more hits by refreshing until there's another hour gone.

i know, theres a lot of these ****, but i think the counter tony told me should be good too, unless it is over 24 hours, but i think there is a setting for that.
