ICT Courses

Anyone know what the ICT courses are like in UNI in the UK?
Is there any such thing as a Web Design course?

Unfortunately there is no suhc thing as a webdesign course as far as I know.

Im going to do a National Diploma in ICT which has got 18 modules I think. One of these is webdesign. Some of the others are things like programming, graphics etc...

2 years. And from it you get 3 a levels

nope.. thats a college course... to get into uni you need A levels

And then in Uni i think there are webdesign specific courses but im not sure

Hmmm... For AS i am doing, ICT, Business Studies, Maths and Physics...
For Uni I would like a course that covers ICTin general but goes into WebDesign too...
Like maybe 50:50...

mmu does website design but called something else
bolton institute does multimedia and website design, however it is slightly more geared towards multimedia and uclan (uni of central lancashire based in preston does web design)
i think warrington college does a wb design course which is manged by liverpool uni

So there are such things as WebDesign courses... just not every uni does them...?
