Some legal issues

Im thinking of launching a new project soon however there are some legal issues which Im not too sure about.

Basically it will be a betting site where questions will be aksed and a set number of answers provided. People can then bet money using their PayPal account (only PayPal will be available) and at the end everyone who is right wins a share of the total prize.

Are there any laws about this because it is basically betting on something. Could I put up a disclaimer and terms of use which clearly stated something to avoid any legal implications?

Intresting long as your are 18 + wont be a problem and you state no one under 18 may bet

the problem is stopping people under 18 betting as you dont need to be 18 to have a paypal account do you?

well upon signup there could be a disclaimer which would say that they have to be 18+ join.


Where could I get some proper logal advice about this? For free prefferably

We dont have one... weve never needed one. Well I dont think so anyway...
