Where is this tutorial?

I was looking on Hotscripts.com, and it looks like this tutorial would be beneficial but I can't find it.

It's called "Membership System With Access Limitations" with this description "Create a membership system where you can restrict a users access. This tutorial is very detailed and is easy to follow. "

    Yes, all the old DD content has been lost i think since the new site was put up :p, I found this site by a tutorial link that didn't work :D
