Hosting script

Looking for a PHP script where people can sign up for a very simple hosting account where they can upload multiple files.

Then they can access their files via www.domain.com/username

I need to be able to restrict the space and if possible the bandwidth.

Any ideas?

You may want to look into a free script called ByteHoard. It lacks some features, but more are being added every version release:

No problem, just one thing you may see is that this software does not support user FTP uploads as of the current version. Many people have requested it in the suggestions forum, however.
