Tutorial/Article submission sites?

Im looking for sites where I can submit tutorial and articles to.

But I dont want the type where the actual submission content is displayed on their site. Instead I want them like tutorialized.com so it will simply post a brief description and then a link to the tutorial/article on my site.

Anyone know of any? They need to be webmaster related.

I knew of that one already. In fact I just submitted about 60 tutorials to it
