Problem setting cookie in PHP

Ok... the problem is that it is not setting the cookie

It is basically a login script which once someone has enetered the right username and password a cookie is set and then that can be checked etc...

Can you see what Im doing wrong?

ok problem solved - i wasnt feeding it the right value for the cookie value
