the "Title" tag and the image "Alt." tags are still a significant factor in both Yahoo and Google. The most important factor is and will always be relevant inbound links pointing to your site. The more relevant and the higher the PR the better.
Get lots of them from different domains and you'll be on the right track.
I think it's a balancing act when it comes to keyword density - too many repetitions make the content unfriendly. I do try to repeat keywords but only when its appropriate... :idea:

Don't forget, you can have say 20 keywords... so each keyword is only repeated once every 200 words...

When you submit to a directory, you choose the category you wan't to appear in.
se's are really strangw with all the pr and stuff.
