hot or not

i have a hot or not type site i havnt really advertised it however i have made another post some of you may have read,
anyway basically im wanting to upgrade the site from a turnkey site to something a little more advanced

i want something like http://www.cutemeter.com but just forums and hot or nto section, i also like how when your on the forums or on hot or not and you click profile they both go to the same page and the forums you can also click a link to their hot or not page

i basically want to know if anyone is willing to make this and how much?
i have 1 or 2 offers

ok 1 of the offers was a LOT and the other, for some reason the person isnt replying to my messages anymore so does anyone know where i can get a reasonable priced programmer to do this?

Completely free to find a programmer.. They dont even charge you comission.. Thats what the site says anyhow...

ok got my site up but i need some work doing i need someone to be able to link the site and forums together so that the site and forums only require 1 registration and also when you click on a persons name in the forums it goes to their hot or not prifile

please post here price and time scale and ill sort it out when i get home about 8-9pm tonight

hm to do that both sites will have to use the same database or the databases will have to be linked together but you might try using a javascript to send the info to both sites at once fakinhg a sign up or whatever they do on the unused site. pretty hairy

- just an update, i hired a member off this site i wont say his name and although there were a few problems initially the person that i paid upfront hasnt done the work and it doesnt look like i will be getting my money back from him either, im still contemplating what to do for the moment.
