I started theForumCity at www.theforumcity.com on the 1st of March, but then the whole forums were converted to vBulletin so everything was wiped, so I lost about 25 members.
Can people tell me what improvements I could make to the site etc?
Forums are probably the hardest thing on the WWW to review.
The graphics and the choices of skins are good.
At first, I thought there were too many categories (or forums). And it is very diverse. However, as you get more members, they will gravitate to the forums they like and that might be a plus.
