Which of these is the best deal

which of these do you guys think would be the best, i kno it really comes down to personal preferance but i want some input.
i need it basicaly so i can bring files from my moms to my dads with out having to burn stuf onto a cd each time

that and i want to use the PC when i want to. now im balancing time with my brother and my dad not giving me much time online...
im also planning on buying a hosting reseller package
and so i can DL some videos :shock:

so do i... i have it at my moms house but im there only 2 weekends a month.
if my dad switches to a different company we are going to get DSL or Cable
