membership system integration

im using the puma membership system and im having trouble including in my index page. the problem is that the index file is also the whole control panel for puma, so once i login, everything goes white and disporpotionate

EDIT:

when you open the index page as it was made to be without any modifications, it works perfectly fine. since it also serves alot of other functions, like pm's and profile info on the same page, when i insert it into my homepage, it freaks out on me

any ideas?
