Forum Upgraded

I have just finished upgrading this forum to the latest version of vBulletin.

There are some compatibility issues with this layout and the new version so Im going to have to sort through them fairly soon. Or do a complete redesign of the forum...

So there may be a few bugs around - If you find any let me know
