Sorry to advertise another forum here but the new design of http://www.webmaster-talk.com is just incredible.

What does everyone else think of it?

I prefer the old one, probably because I just don't like change.
Plus, I think what they have now is just temporary...

I doubt it, I think it will be permenant. It is kinda hard to get used to for me to but everything so much less cluttered.

I think the new skin looks better than the last one! Its very nice. Easy to use aswell. And now there on vBulletin 3.5

im 50/50 on the new skin. I like it however it is fairly cluttered and busy...

Maybe im just not used to it though :P

I think its much less cluttered and busy than before.

We've had mixed feedback. Most think it's a little too bright...

We're still tweaking things, and experimenting. Who knows, maybe we'll make another one.

Hi Chroder!
I will also bring this up at webmaster-talk, but I would really appreciate the option to revert back to the old design.
Perhaps there could be a few theme/skins to choose from in each members options.

The old one won't be coming back. A new one, perhaps, but I highly doubt the old one will.

Is it completely incompatible with 3.5?

Yeah. I'd need to re-skin it for 3.5. I don't mind doing a new skin, but I just hated the old one. It was okay when I first designed it, but it just started to get ugly after a week

Not up to me, it's up to the members For those who want the old one back, it's mostly a case of not liking the new one. I'd rather make another new one then return to the old hideous thing

Maybe I'm weird, most people didn't think the old one was too bad.

I'm not asking for something other than the current one. I am specifically asking for the old one. I really liked it.
But, I am sure I can get accustomed to anything that's not too hideous.
